What is the process for registering?

Hit "enroll now" next to the course that you are registering for, enter your personal information as directed and payment. You will immediately receive a paid in full receipt. Within 24 hours you will receive an official email from the school welcoming you and it will contain instructions for the first day of class. Textbooks need to be purchased separately from enrollment.
What textbooks are required for the Real Estate Principles & Practices course?

Connecticut Real Estate Practice and Law 15th Edition and Modern Real Estate Practice 21st Edition.
Where can I buy books for a licensing or continuing education class?

How many courses are required to obtain a real estate salesperson license in Connecticut?

Completion of one course, either in-person or live virtual, mandatory Real Estate Principles and Practices (60 hours).
Where will classes be held?

Licensing courses are held either at our “Live Virtual Classroom” via zoom or at Spaces, 71 Raymond Road, West Hartford, CT.
After completion of these classes, are there any other requirements for obtaining a real estate salesperson or real estate broker license?

Yes. After completing the required courses, you must apply for and pass the state exam. For a salesperson license, you will also need to obtain the sponsorship of a licensed real estate broker.
